WHO SHOULD I ASK FOR ASSISTANCE?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please checking the available quantities before buy your favorite items. Then, press add to cart or press payment in Paypal.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER, OR HAVE A RETURN.

Due to limited quantities, once order is confirmed, order cannot be changed, and we do not accept returns on our limited items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Tfbcraft Store's team will give you a delivery notice by email with shipping details to your assigned email address. Your products will be sent out within 14 working days after your order is placed. (Note: Personalization Costume Outfit items will be sent out after a specific period.) We will try our best to ensure on-time delivery but it is not guaranteed.

Shipment will be handled by a third party. You may refer to the tracking number in the delivery notification email and check the status of your shipment by visiting the courier service's official website.
